The number of women STEM graduates has gone up significantly over recent years. We take a closer look at what's keeping them away from senior leadership roles. Our findings also indicate key inconsistencies when it comes to women's choice of roles and the pay gap. There are, however, some beacons of change on the horizon, but they will require a dedicated push.
