In digitally advanced economies, the push for growth in innovation oftentimes comes at the cost of digital inclusion for the most vulnerable. We analyze this tradeoff and conclude with steps that policymakers must make to realize an inclusive digital economy for all.

The Elon Musk—Twitter Takeover: A Twitter Sentiment Analysis
We studied the sentiments expressed by users on the platform to Elon Musk's Twitter takeover saga, analyzing over 5.4 million tweets during a 14-week period. While reactions to Musk's initial criticism of the platform were generally more positive, his plan to buy Twitter was met with largely negative emotions.
